DELIVERY INFO
All necessary postage and
packaging costs
are included and provided in the racquet
stringing service price for
our standard 'Postal Bag
Option' For this option racquet postal bags are sent
out via 1st class mail the
same day or the following
day (Monday - Friday). We
aim to send out orders by
3pm the same day.
Racquet postal bags already
have our address, your
return address and
the necessary postage
attached so all you have to
do is put your racquet in
the bag, seal it and
hand it in at your local
post office.
For our 'No Postal Bag
Option' and 'Priority
Option' all return
postage and packaging costs
are included.
Racquets are sent with Royal
Mail 1st class delivery. For
our 'Priority Option'
racquets are returned with
Royal Mail Special Delivery
Next Day service.
Racquets are usually restrung and
dispatched within 24hours of
receiving them
(Monday - Friday). All basic
restrings will be done in no
more than 48hours. If extra
services have been purchased
such as a new bumper/grommet
set, it may take an
additional day or two.
Some post offices may
designate the package
differently and charge a bit
extra. This is no problem,
we will refund you any extra
amount you have to pay, this
does not include special
delivery services or
additional delivery
services.
