Are all postage and
packaging costs really included?
Yes.
For our standard 'postal bag
option' all postage and
packaging costs are included and
provided to make things as easy
for you as possible. This is for
Royal Mail 1st class delivery
only. Some post offices may
designate the package
differently and charge a bit
extra. This is no problem, we
will refund you any extra amount
you have to pay, this does not
include special delivery
services or additional delivery
services.
For our 'no postal bag
option' and 'priority
option' all return
postage are packaging costs
are included which includes
Special Delivery with our
'priority option'.
What if
my racquet postal bag does not turn up?Racquet
postal bags are sent out 1st
class mail the same day or the
following day (Monday - Friday),
depending on the time of the
order.
We aim to get all orders by 3pm
out the same day. They should therefore arrive the
next day, however please allow
1-2 days. If it has not arrived
after 2 days get in contact by
email or by phone and we get
another one out to you straight
away. We ask that if the
original one turns up, you
return it with your racquet.
Where do I send my racquet
for 'no postal bag' and
'priority' options?

How long will a restring
take?
The restring itself we aim to
do in 24hours and no longer than
48 hours. Additional services
like new bumper/grommet strips
etc may take take an extra day
or two. All postage is Royal
Mail 1st class and so should be
delivered in 1-2 days, however
we cannot guarantee delivery
times.
What if you are unable to
restring my racquet?
We use equipment to enable us
to restring most racquets for
tennis, badminton and squash
including Prince 03 and ozone
tennis and squash racquets. If
your racquet is some strange
design, or a racquetball racquet
or damaged then we will notify
you, return your racquet and
refund you in full.
Is my restring guaranteed?
Yes. All restrings are done
by an accredited stringer to a
high standard. If, for some
reason any strings break or any
knots come loose within 7 days
of receiving your racquet, then
send it back to us for a free
restring. This does not include
tournament play, excessive wear
and tear, cutting strings, or
changing your mind about the
choice of string or tension. Any
free restrings will be done at
the same specification. If you
are unsure about string choice
or tension, read our guides and
then contact us with any further
queries.
Do I need a PayPal account
in order to pay online?
No. All our online payments
are processed through PayPal's
secure payment service and you
can pay with most credit/debit
cards. However, if you do have a
PayPal account, you can choose
to pay with it at checkout.
Are my personal details
secure?
Yes. Any address details are
cut up or shredded before being
thrown away. Names and addresses
are used solely for 'Speed
String Ltd' purposes and never
passed on to any third party
without your prior consent.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. Our online payment
service is processed through
'Romancart' online shopping cart
and 'PayPal' payment system. We
accept most credit/debit cards
and PayPal payment if you have a
PayPal account. Credit/debit
card payment is processed
through PayPal's encrypted secure
server. The padlock in the web
address bar at checkout confirms
this.

24hours Monday-Friday. You can
call us at any time, if no one
is available to answer your
call, then please leave a
message with your name, number
and reason for calling and we
will get back to you asap.
We accept most credit/debit cards
and payment via your
PayPal account if you
have one. All card and
PayPal transactions are
processed using PayPal's
secure online payment
service.
